A very creative... single empty nester... my name is Pamela.

I started this blog with no intention other than to share snippets of my days and life...now that the children are grown...and the house is empty. It's been a way to communicate with others.

I am a baby boomer who's truly enjoying this journey in the latter part of my life and of course my knitting projects. 

Defining aging naturally...through exploring self acceptance...totally happy with what she sees...and finally after many years of making mistakes and learning...I am comfortable in my own skin. Not afraid to tell my age...60 this year...or to show an updated photo...yes that is me this year 2015...age is merely a state of mind...it's so true...along with... keeping the body moving. I walk...bicycle...and farm.

I believe this

to create endlessly

to say this is me...take me as I am...for I am enough for me.

I am still learning not to procrastinate...yes...I am so totally better at avoiding it at this point in my life...I work so much better by completing things at the last minute....a lover of chocolate...the dark

nights...decorating...woodworking...knitting...sketching...

photography...and long walks in the woods... where I am most at home.

I live for love...family...friends... I love to laugh...chat more often with strangers in shops...as I enjoy making people smile.
